As part of our precautionary measures following the recent security incident, deposits are paused and Ethereum validators have been safely exited. Importantly:
Smart contracts are not impacted.
All funds are safe.
Users continue to earn rewards.
Kiln dApp access is currently restricted, we are working closely with our partners to re-enable access as soon as possible.
Pooled Staking:
Rewards continue to accrue while validators are exiting.
Once exited, the pool will receive the unstaked ETH, fulfill pending exit requests, and restake them into new validators.
Users may request an exit at any time, and no immediate action is required to continue staking.
32ETH+ Staking (Dedicated):
Rewards continue to accrue while validators are exiting.
Once validators are exited, users will need to manually withdraw both principal and rewards either through our partners’ proposed flows or directly in the Kiln dApp (once available).
To continue staking, users will need to stake their ETH on new validators.
You can access our Incident FAQ for 32ETH+ (Dedicated) and Pooled Staking users, another guide will be shared shortly with clear actions in partners UIs once the service access is restored.
